Pest Control, Wildlife Removal and Termite Services
The Specialty
The Work Most Companies Will Not Do
A raccoon in the attic is not a spray job. It is a large, strong animal that has decided your roof space beats a hollow tree, and it is right. Getting it out is the easy half. Closing the building so nothing takes its place is the half that takes a specialist, and it is the half we are known for.
Removed, Not Destroyed
We do not take an animal out of your house to have it killed. A healthy animal is released, and an injured, sick or orphaned one goes to a permitted California wildlife rehabilitation facility to be restored and released back to the wild.
Exclusion Is the Actual Fix
California law prevents anyone from relocating a healthy raccoon, opossum or skunk somewhere else. So catching the animal was never what ended the problem. Closing the building is. That is the part we specialise in.
The Cause, Not the Symptom
A torn fascia board, an unscreened foundation vent, a deck skirt that has settled. Find it, seal it properly, and the house stops being available. That is a repair, not a subscription.
About Legacy Pest Management
Why This Company Is Called Legacy
Legacy Pest Management is owned and run by Jonathan Pennison. He spent about 15 years in pest control, seven of them as a partner in another company, before opening Legacy in March 2026. He named it for his wife and their two boys. The company is what he is building for them, and it is the standard he holds every job to.
- People come before the sale. You get a straight read on what is happening at your property and what it will take to fix. If you do not need a service, we say so.
- We solve the cause, not just what you can see. That usually means finding how pests are getting in and sealing it, so the problem ends instead of repeating.
- We fix the cause, so you may not need a plan at all. Much of this industry runs on monthly visits to refill traps around a house nobody ever sealed. Where the problem has a fixable cause we fix it, and recommend ongoing service only where the pressure genuinely keeps coming back.
Protecting a property means protecting the people inside it, their health, and the investment they have made in it. That is the same thing Jonathan wants for his own family, and it is why the detail on every job matters to him.
What Customers Say About Legacy Pest Management
Our Service Standard
How We Work
Every property gets the same approach: find the cause, explain it plainly, and fix it in a way that holds.
People Before the Sale
You get a straight answer about what your property needs, including when it does not need a service. No pressure and no upsell.
Fix the Cause, Not the Symptom
We find how pests are getting in and seal it. A house that has been properly closed up does not need a monthly visit to refill traps.
Ongoing Service Only Where It Earns It
Some properties really do face constant pressure and do better on a schedule. Those get one. The rest do not, and we will say so.
